What you keep
The law sets the amount by distance. We take 30% of what we recover, VAT included, and you keep the rest.
Per passenger, children included. EU departures are paid in euros (€250 / €400 / €600) with the same percentage. Each passenger on the booking receives the full amount for their seat.
Compared with claiming yourself
You can always claim directly from the airline for free, and for a clear case with a cooperative airline it can work. The value of a service is the second letter, the dispute-scheme referral and the court claim when the airline refuses: the parts that take time, knowledge and, at court, money up front. We do those at our cost and our risk.

Free to claim.
No win, no fee.
It costs nothing to start and nothing if we lose. We only take our flat 30% fee, VAT included, out of compensation we actually win for you.

Questions about the fee
Is there any cost if you don’t win?
No. Not for checking, preparing, sending, chasing or escalating a claim. If nothing is recovered you pay nothing.
Is there an extra fee if it goes to court?
No. The 30% is the whole fee, however far the claim goes. Some companies add a “legal action fee” of a further 15–25%; we don’t.
Does the fee include VAT?
Yes. The percentage is inclusive; there is nothing added.
What if the airline pays me directly?
Some airlines do. Tell us on your claim page and we invoice our fee on what you received: the same 30%, collected differently.
When do I get paid?
Within 14 days of the airline’s money reaching our client account, by bank transfer to the account you add on your claim page.
