How it works

Six steps. Two of them are yours.

Everything after your signature is our job, and you watch it happen on your claim page.

Your claim, step by step

You check and sign. We write, send, chase, argue and escalate, until the airline pays.

  1. 1

    Check your flight

Enter the flight number and date. We tell you whether it qualifies and for how much, before you give us anything else.

  2. 2

Tell us who was on it

Names of the passengers, your contact details, and a boarding pass or booking confirmation (photo ID only where the airline insists, such as Ryanair). Then you sign the Authority to Act on screen.

  3. 3

    We send the claim

A formal claim to the airline on our letterhead with your signed authority and documents attached: the facts, the law, the amount, and a 28-day deadline.

  4. 4

    We chase and challenge

No reply by their deadline: we chase, twice. A refusal: we answer it with the case law and the flight data, with 14 days to reconsider.

  5. 5

    We take it further

Still nothing, or a final no without grounds: the claim goes to the airline’s dispute scheme or the national enforcement body, and to court where that’s the only route. At our cost.

  6. 6

    You get paid

The airline pays into our client account. Within 14 days you receive your share by bank transfer, and your page shows what was recovered, our fee and what was sent.

What you can see, any time

Your claim page shows a dated timeline: received, checked, sent to the airline, chased, replied, agreed, paid to us, paid to you. The airline’s letters are there too, and anything we need from you sits at the top and in your inbox.

What it costs

Nothing unless we win. Then a flat 30% of the compensation, including VAT, and nothing more, however far the claim goes. Our fee in detail →

Free to claim.

Questions

How long does it take?

Many airlines respond within a few weeks. A claim that has to go to a dispute scheme or to court can take several months. Your claim page shows every step with a date.

Do I need my booking reference?

It helps, but it isn’t essential. The flight number and date are enough to start; a boarding pass or booking confirmation for each passenger is needed before we send the claim.

What if the airline says I have to claim myself first?

We still manage the claim. We send it with your signed authority, and if the airline insists on hearing from you, we answer that in writing on your behalf.

Can I see what’s happening?

Yes. Your claim page shows the timeline, the airline’s letters, what happens next and when, and exactly what you’ll receive.
