About Skyfare

We fight the airlines, so you don’t have to.

Skyfare recovers the compensation airlines owe passengers for delayed and cancelled flights, under UK and EU law, on a no-win-no-fee basis.

Why we exist

Every year millions of passengers in the UK and Europe are owed fixed compensation for flights that arrived three or more hours late, and most never claim it. The ones who do often get a form letter citing “extraordinary circumstances” and give up. Airlines count on both.

We built Skyfare to make the claim a two-minute job for the passenger and a properly argued, properly evidenced case for the airline: the flight’s actual arrival time from live flight data, the weather at both airports, the case law that says a technical fault is not an excuse, and a deadline. When the airline refuses without grounds, we refer the claim to the dispute scheme or the courts, at our cost.

How we’re different

Four things we do on every claim, whichever airline it is.

  1. 1

    You see everything

Your claim page shows every step with a date, the airline’s replies, what happens next and when, and exactly what you’ll receive.

  2. 2

    Evidence first

We hold the airline’s actual delay and the airport weather for every flight we handle. When an airline cites weather, we check.

  3. 3

    One fee, no surprises

A flat 30% of what we recover, including VAT. Nothing if we don’t. No extra charge if it goes to a dispute scheme or court.

  4. 4

    Your money handled properly

Airlines pay into a client account; you’re paid within 14 days of the money reaching us, to the account you choose, and you see the split.
